As a Classroom Teacher, you play a pivotal role in shaping the early development and growth of young children. Your nurturing and attentive care create a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn, play, and explore. You will be responsible for providing a structured daily routine that includes educational activities, creative play, and social interactions. Classroom Teachers are responsible for the classroom they are assigned and child-directed curriculum setting the tone that shapes the children's experiences every day.

It is essential that you work collaboratively with your co-teachers to create a safe and exciting space where children can thrive. This requires adaptability. Delegating responsibilities when needed, ensures teamwork among staff members and a positive, safe, and exciting learning environment for children.

Classroom Teachers will be responsible for a specific age group of children (his/her classroom). In addition, it is expected that each teacher will be flexible in meeting the diverse needs of our students while maintaining high standards of care.
