We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Strategist to play a key role in developing and executing omni-channel campaigns to enhance our brand presence for both consumers and franchise dealers to drive engagement. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and brand guidelines of Stellantis Financial Services US.
  • Implement incentive offer strategies in conjunction with manufacturer for both dealers and customers across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management, sales, and IT to define target audiences, customer personas, and segmentation strategies.
  • Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital (SEO, SEM, social media), traditional (print), and events.
  • Manage the creation and production of marketing collateral, promotional materials, presentations, and digital content.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and CRM systems to execute campaigns, track performance metrics, and analyze results.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer insights, and growth opportunities.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of marketing efforts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in automotive finance and marketing.
  • Build and maintain relationships with OEM brands, external agencies, and vendors to support marketing initiatives.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing campaign results, insights, and recommendations for senior management.

Required Qualifications and Competencies:

Experience

  • 5 years (minimum) of Marketing strategy or similar experience
  • 1-3 year (minimum) experience in the automotive finance industry (preferred), with a focus on consumer finance or financial services.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.

Skills

  • Demonstrate success in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans and campaigns that drive measurable results.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of automotive finance products, industry dynamics, and customer behaviors.
  • Preferably located within commutable distance of Dallas, TX, with an ability to commute our Dallas, TX office when needed.

Physical Requirements:
