Floating Teacher

We are looking for experienced and new day care, preschool, toddler, and infant teachers who are ready to begin their career with us. We are passionate with the growth and development of children and we want team members that share the same passion with us, where we inspire children to be lifelong learners through curriculum. Our affectionate and nurturing staff ensure that our children are instilled with the knowledge to succeed.

Those team members that is interested in traveling between schools as a Floating Teacher will also have 4 days work week and additional travel pay

What you bring as a Team Member:

All Teachers are expected to plan, direct, and participate in age-appropriate activities designed to promote the intellectual, physical, emotional, and social development of children. You will prepare children for kindergarten by easing them into organized education from infancy to school age using our provided curriculum. You will also assist in daily care such as feeding, changing, and nap time. You will maintain interactive and open communication with parents and other team members using our Classroom Management system. Lead Teachers will also oversee classroom management, design lesson plans, and fulfill requests made by the Assistant Director/Director. As a full-time floater you will travel between local schools on short notice to assist where needed in classrooms. Your expectations as a teacher will not vary but you will be able to bring your passion, knowledge, and support to multiple schools as one of our floating teachers

Requirements: Must be 18 years or older under Licensing standards. Some States will accept 16 years old. Must have high school diploma or GED for Teacher positions and a minimum of 6 months experience or related degree/certification for Assistant Director role and above. Some states require Director Credentials under Licensing standards.

Compensation: Compensation is commensurate with a teacher at that level of education and experience, and hourly stipend as a permanent floater between schools.
