Connect Staffing is seeking a well skilled Restoration Tech for a restoration company that helps fix mold, smoke, and fire damage to homes and businesses in the city of Irvine, CA.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Requirements of a Restoration Tech:

• Minimum 6 months of recent experience hanging dry wall and painting.
• Must pass drug screen and background
• Must have experience with hanging drywall, mud, tape, and matching/blending texture.
• Prior experience in roles such as home restoration specialist, residential renovation technician, property rehabilitation technician, hours reconstruction technician, and or home improvement restoration expert is a huge plus

Responsibilities of a Restoration Tech:

• Conducting thorough assessments of homes to identify damage, deterioration, or areas in need of repair or restoration.
• Developing detailed restoration plans based on assessment findings, outlining necessary repairs, materials needed, and project timelines.
• Performing a variety of restoration tasks, including repairing structural damage, restoring surfaces (such as walls, floors, and ceilings), replacing damaged fixtures, and refinishing woodwork.
• Ensuring that all restoration work complies with relevant safety regulations and building codes to maintain the structural integrity and safety of the home.
• Communicating effectively with homeowners to discuss project goals, provide updates on progress, address concerns or questions, and ensure satisfaction with the restoration work completed.
