What You'll Do:
  • Lead the implementation of our curriculum, ensuring that it meets the developmental needs of each child.
  • Train and mentor a team of passionate educators who share our commitment to excellence.
  • Foster strong partnerships with parents, keeping them informed about their child's progress and creating a supportive learning community.
  • Maintain compliance with state licensing regulations and uphold the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and professionalism.
  • Stay abreast of the latest research and best practices in early childhood education, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Actively participate in professional organizations, conferences and lectures
What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor of Arts or Science Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Demonstrated success in leading a team, with a passion for mentoring and developing educators.
  • Bring creativity and enthusiasm to the classroom, inspiring a love of learning in young children.
  • Organized and able to multitask, strategically resolves challenges, and has a great attitude.
  • Commitment to professional development and continuous improvement.
