Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPosition Overview:Our client is seeking a qualified and dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join their team. This role involves providing evidence-based treatment and mental health services primarily through telehealth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a commitment to delivering high-quality mental health care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide evidence-based treatment to a diverse range of patients.
  • Offer mental health services, including intakes, individual, group, and family therapy (where applicable), primarily through telehealth.
  • Conduct mental health assessments, counseling, referrals, and intervention services.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with Federal, State, and company guidelines.
Qualifications:Required:
  • Master’s degree or higher.
  • Active LCSW, LICSW, LASW, LMHC, LPC, LCMHC, LPCI, LCPC, or LMFT license in the state of Remote Locations.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Access to a computer, webcam, reliable internet connection, and a private, quiet space for sessions.

Preferred:
  • 1+ years of experience in any of the following:
  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
  • Evidence-Based Practice
  • Telehealth Experience
  • Outpatient Experience
  • Additional certifications or languages are a plus.
Schedule and Shift Details:
  • Fully remote with flexible scheduling.
  • Therapists can set their own schedules between the hours of 7 AM - 9 PM EST, 7 days a week.
  • Therapists must work until 8 PM on two nights per week or four 4-hour shifts on weekends.
  • No on-call duties required.
