We are seeking a full-time faculty member to teach all levels of Art courses, including Appreciation of Art. This person will also provide direction for the development of the Art curriculum.

This is a full-time, tenure-track, position.

Example of Duties:

  • Teach and advise students, maintain office hours, and attend meetings.
  • Utilize a variety of instructional delivery methods, including technology, to improve student learning outcomes.
  • Support your department and the College community through participation in academic and co-curricular activities.
  • Maintain current and active engagement in your primary teaching discipline.
  • Use assessment for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • A Master's degree in Fine Arts or related field required
  • Teaching experience is required
  • Community College teaching experience is preferred
  • Faculty must be available to teach on evenings and weekends, and at all College facilities.
