Supervisory Responsibilities:  

  •   None.  

Duties/Responsibilities:  

  • Review and verify test report data to ensure the quality and reliability of products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and document product defects to ensure timely order processing
  • Monitor and track defects; work with clients, departments, and leadership to address lab report issues
  • Provide input on quality assurance and suggesting improvements
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in QA testing procedures
  • Keep track of client feedback and lab report data
  • Document policies and processes of quality analysis within the company 
  • Make sure that industry and regulatory standards are adhered to and up to date

Required Skills/Abilities:   

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • CRM Knowledge and pipeline organization
  • Lab Report analysis
  • Data Management

Education and Experience:  

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.    

Physical Requirements:   

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk.  
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
