As a Sanitation Specialist (also known as Sanitation Technician or Cleaning Supervisor), you will be responsible for enforcing Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and sanitation programs on the production floor. Your role will involve using chemicals to clean equipment, maintaining a clean environment, conducting Master Sanitation Schedule work, and leading daily housekeeping activities. You will also communicate with other personnel, monitor safety protocols, and report to the Sanitation Supervisor/Manager.

Qualifications
  • Experience in a sanitation role within a food production facility.
  • Understanding of HACCP, FDA and OSHA regulations.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, and communicate effectively.
  • Experience with chemical concentrations testing, COP and CIP systems.
  • Must have reliable transportation, good attendance, and clean clothing.
  • Ability to speak, read and write English.
  • Flexibility in scheduling.
