We are looking for a full-time litigation attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical malpractice law, PI and/or insurance defense law

Responsibilities of the position include:

• Providing legal counsel to clients in a variety of civil litigation matters, including medical malpractice, insurance defense law, and/or personal injury
• Conducting legal research and drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Negotiating settlements and representing clients in court
• Working closely with other members of the legal team to develop and implement litigation strategies

Qualifications for the position include:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• At least 3 years of experience in civil litigation, preferably in a law firm setting
• Strong research and writing skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
