Service Technician Job Summary:
The Service Technician at Premier GMC in Rittman, Ohio will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all GMC owners. The automotive service technician must diagnose, maintain, and repair GMC vehicles to factory standards. The Service Technician will deliver high-quality services in a timely fashion.

Automotive Service Technician Responsibilities:
- Diagnosing, repairing, and reconditioning of GMC vehicles
- Recommending scheduled maintenance programs and services to customers
- Ensuring customer satisfaction with quality repairs
- Keeping abreast of prohibited practices and applicable laws
- Maintaining a safe and organized working environment
- Communicating effectively with customers, co-workers, and management
- Following all safety protocols
Requirements for the Service Technician:
- 2+ years of automotive service or technical training preferred
- ASE certification preferred
- Must have a valid drivers’ license
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of vehicle service and maintenance
- Computer literacy
- Excellent customer service skills
