Responsibilities

Your Role

  • Lead Generation: Make daily outbound calls to generate leads and follow up on proposals.
  • Client Engagement: Present and explain insurance policies tailored to meet clients' needs and goals.
  • Performance Excellence: Surpass sales targets and participate in daily self-assessments to keep improving.
  • System Mastery: Become a pro at using our lead management system.



Requirements

What Were Looking For

  • License: Property & Casualty license is a plus, but were willing to train the right person.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of sales experience in any industry.
  • Attitude: A fantastic, can-do attitude is a must
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, listening, and closing skills.
  • Language: Bilingual in English and Spanish is a bonus.
  • Resilience: Capable of handling rejection with a positive outlook.
