  • Manage the update status of USB units for customer sites, including coordinating with field representatives to ensure timely communication and create comprehensive dashboards using PowerBi reports.
  • Synchronize and report key metrics on product launches to internal stakeholders, providing valuable insights to inform decision-making.
  • Monitor escalation processes to ensure timely resolution of issues, maintaining a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with marketing and the core team to consolidate inputs into a reader-friendly internal dashboard, facilitating effective communication and decision-making.
  • Provide regular, clear communication to both field teams and leadership regarding the status of projects, fostering transparency and accountability.
  • Communicate updates and progress to project management and marketing teams, ensuring alignment and coordination across departments.
About the Implementation Support Project Manager Sr.:The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project management.
  • Experience with PowerBi and proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience in the medical device industry is preferred.
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different functions and levels of the organization.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to maintain momentum across multiple projects and stakeholders, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in various types of databases and computer software.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and provide solutions through comprehensive analysis and review of alternatives.
  • Confidence in speaking publicly and presenting material to executive-level management.
