  • Training: 1st Shift, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Post-Training: May remain on 1st Shift or transition to 2nd Shift
  • Compensation: $17.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate forklifts to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count materials
  • Receive, store, and distribute materials, tools, equipment, and products within the warehouse
  • Perform basic quality checks on finished products
  • Meet production goals
  • Adhere to proper production processes
  • Follow all safety regulations and company procedures
  • Report any discrepancies or quality issues to management
Material Handler Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED is required
  • Proven experience as a Material Handler, preferably in a warehouse or manufacturing setting
  • Valid forklift operator’s certification
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. repeatedly
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts as needed
