We have designed our company to provide exceptional services while offering our employees a great work environment We offer a variety of services to our clients, including daily dog walks, vacation visits, overnight visits, and cat care. As the company continues to quickly grow, we are looking to add several more animal lovers to our team.
Schedule:
This opening is for someone looking for part time work. Candidates would ideally be consistently available Monday through Friday between 10am and 3pm. You would be assigned 5-10 visits each day pending client demand and staffing levels. Additional earning opportunities before 10am, after 3pm and on weekends.
- This role is designed to be part-time. Most staff will work 15-30 hours weekly.
- Operating hours are 7am to 10pm.
- It is not a flexible position. We prefer candidates with consistent availability.
- We offer multiple availability blocks to work in:
- Early Daytime 7am - 2pm
- Daytime Only 9am - 3pm
- Evening/Weekend (5pm - 10pm at least 3 days per week, 3 weekends per month)
- Overnight Pet Sitting work is also an optional additional earning opportunity.
- Please note that these availability blocks do not guarantee that you will be working the entire time. We may not have the client demand to work continuously during an entire availability block.
- You must be available to work part-time on major holidays.
Location:
- We are currently hiring in Springfield and nearby communities.
- We proudly serve Aston, Brookhaven, Glen Mills, Newtown Square, Media, Drexel Hill, Havertown, Springfield, Swarthmore, Clifton Heights, Broomall, Aldan, Secane and many surrounding areas
Compensation:
$17 - $21 / hour (Pay is per visit. Staff will start at $17 per hour. With bonuses and client gratuity, most staff average $19-$21 per hour)
- $1000 - $2300 / monthly
- 100% Client gratuity

- Overnight services pay a flat rate of $79.95 per night.

The responsibilities:
- We offer various services, including daily dog walks, vacation visits, overnight visits, and cat care.
- Show empathy and patience to all of our client's pets. Large and small. Dogs, cats, and small mammals.
- Professional written and verbal communication with clients and management.
- Be extremely reliable and dedicated; animals depend on us no matter what.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather, in all four seasons.
- Must have a modern cell phone with texting/photo/data/GPS capabilities.
- Contribute to the team effort by working as a team player.
- Practice time management to ensure on-time arrivals for all assigned visits
- The candidate should have an innate desire to care for animals while ensuring their safety.
The ideal candidate:
- An honest, patient, and enthusiastic candidate who can provide our client's dogs and cats with the highest quality visits possible.
- Previous professional or volunteer experience with animals is preferred, but a positive attitude and a desire to learn are just as important.
- The candidate should enjoy an active work environment, walking independently and working outdoors regardless of weather conditions.
- Candidates with evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday availability are given special consideration.

- Many members of our staff were previously dog walkers with on-demand services, doggy daycare staff, dog groomers, or volunteers at a local shelter.
