Are you a tech-savvy individual with a passion for managing data systems? We're seeking a skilled Database Administrator to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in maintaining the backbone of our information infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Database Management: Design, implement, and manage robust database systems to ensure data accuracy, security, and availability.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize database performance, ensuring seamless and efficient operations.
• Security and Compliance: Implement and maintain data security measures, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
• Backup and Recovery: Develop and execute reliable backup and recovery strategies to safeguard critical data.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve database issues promptly, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Database Upgrades: Plan and execute database upgrades and migrations while minimizing downtime and ensuring data integrity.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of database configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Collaboration: Work closely with development and IT teams to understand data requirements and contribute to the development of data-driven solutions.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Database Administrator or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of database management systems. Ideally SQL Server.
• Proficiency in database design, normalization, and SQL query optimization.
• Experience working with CI-CD, git and scripting.
• Familiarity with database security and compliance standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
