We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join our team and help expand our brand presence in the North Texas region.

**Job Description:** 

As the North Texas Territory Manager, you will be responsible for growing and maintaining business in both on-premise (bars, restaurants, etc.) and off-premise (liquor stores, retail) accounts, while also managing and fostering relationships with our distributor. This role requires someone who is passionate about the craft spirits industry, enjoys building relationships, and has a strong drive for success.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Account Management:** 

 - Actively manage a portfolio of on-premise and off-premise accounts across North Texas.

 - Build strong relationships with bar managers, restaurant owners, retail store managers, and other key stakeholders.

- Ensure regular sales calls, product presentations, and in-person visits to accounts to grow brand awareness and increase sales.

 

- **Distributor Management:** 

 - Collaborate closely with our distributor to ensure effective communication of goals and strategies.

 - Train distributor sales teams on our product offerings and support them with sales tools and resources.

 - Track distributor performance, provide feedback, and ensure our brand is prioritized.


- **Sales Growth:** 

 - Develop and implement strategies to drive product placements, increase sales, and ensure consistent growth across the territory.

 - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to capitalize on opportunities and address challenges.

 - Execute promotions, tastings, and events in partnership with key accounts to drive engagement and consumer awareness.


- **Brand Representation:** 

 - Represent Lockwood Distilling Co. at industry events, trade shows, and tastings.

 - Serve as a brand ambassador, maintaining Lockwood’s commitment to quality, customer service, and community engagement.


**Qualifications:**

- Experience in sales within the beverage alcohol industry is preferred, particularly with on-premise and off-premise account management.

- Familiarity with the North Texas market is a plus.

- Experience working with or managing distributors is preferred.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and drive sales growth.

- Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently.

- Passion for craft spirits and the beverage industry.
