Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Comptroller to join our finance team. The Senior Comptroller will oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical abilities, strong attention to detail, and a deep understanding of financial principles and practices.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Develop, implement, and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and internal controls.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare accurate financial reports, statements, and projections on a regular basis.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial goals are aligned with business objectives.
- Keep up-to-date with applicable laws and regulations to ensure compliance and minimize risks.
- Supervise and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Drive process improvements and contribute to the enhancement of financial systems and tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- CPA or CMA certification is highly desired.
- Minimum of 8 years of finance or accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or senior role.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and best practices.
- Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial management software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong leadership abilities and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
