Janitorial Cleaner/Floater

This position is a floater position, meaning you are not assigned a specific building. You would fill in when we have a call off , when people are scheduled off, or when a facility is not staffed. You would be expected to be available Monday-Friday after 6 PM. You might travel to surrounding counties that we have unstaffed facilities in. You must be able to be insured for the company car and have a valid and clean driving license. $200.00 sign on bonus upon completion of 60 days and good attendance.

Cleaning duties Include:
Mopping
Dusting
Sweeping
Vacuuming
Cleaning restrooms and breakrooms
Taking out trash
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Must have a working cell phone to receive calls, texts, and emails
Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
Provided several evenings of training and ongoing coaching as needed. Must possess the ability to work independently.
Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude and contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable, and on time.
