GREAT OPPORTUNITY



The person filling this position has the responsibility to closely monitor, identify, and communicate problems in all areas of general maintenance. Makes recommendations, performs maintenance, and repairs, and implements preventive maintenance.




Responsibilities

  • Maintains a safe, secure, and clean environment inside and outside.
  • Monitors and troubleshoots Clubhouse setup.
  • Observes/corrects maintenance or repair on equipment.
  • Performs minor maintenance and repair in areas of electrical work, plumbing, mechanical, other minor repairs, and cleanliness.
  • Follows safety procedures and maintains a safe work environment.
  • EXTENSIVE JANITORIAL DUTIES




Full-Time Mon-Fri 7am-4pm

Pay Scale $22 DOE
