As a new Certified Medication Aide (CMA) at Mira Vie, you will be responsible for assisting residents with medication administration according to care plans and protocols. You will work closely with the nursing team to ensure accurate documentation and timely communication about any changes in residents' health status. Additionally, you will provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities and support residents in maintaining their independence and dignity. Your role will involve monitoring residents' well-being, observing any changes in health conditions, and reporting them promptly to the nursing staff.
