As a new Certified Medication Aide (CMA) at Mira Vie, you will be responsible for assisting residents with medication administration according to care plans and protocols. You will work closely with the nursing team to ensure accurate documentation and timely communication about any changes in residents' health status. Additionally, you will provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities and support residents in maintaining their independence and dignity. Your role will involve monitoring residents' well-being, observing any changes in health conditions, and reporting them promptly to the nursing staff. To excel as a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) at Mira Vie, you should possess a strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to accurately administer medications and maintain precise documentation. Effective communication skills are crucial for collaborating with the nursing team and updating care plans as needed.

Proficiency in basic computer skills is beneficial, as you may be required to use electronic health record systems to document medication administration and resident information accurately. Prior experience or training in medication management and senior care is preferred but not required, as we provide comprehensive on-the-job training to support your success in this rewarding role.
