Entry-Level Real Estate Sales Agent

Working on Your Real Estate License or Licensed in the last few months?

We are actively reaching out to salespeople actively pursuing their real estate licenses or who have recently become licensed.

Job Type: Full-time preferably

Compensation:

$100,000 with commission plan

Responsibilities:

What we expect from Elam Real Estate Agents:

  • A strong work ethic and solid morals.
  • A commitment to complete the training cycle and meet the necessary benchmarks.
  • The ability to follow instructions and be coachable.
  • A basic understanding of technology and the ability to learn several computer programs.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Adaptable personality.
  • The ability and perseverance to overcome obstacles.
  • Availability to work full-time or part-time if necessary.
  • A valid driver's license and properly insured vehicle.
  • A positive attitude and enthusiasm for helping others.
Qualifications:

Here are some additional actions and attributes you'll need to be successful in working with our company:

  • Willing to obtain a Real Estate License within 2-3 weeks of joining Elam Or currently licensed (we can assist with understanding the process).
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and desire to succeed.
  • Be committed to following through with what you say you will do.
  • Able to build meaningful connections and rapport quickly.
  • Ability to work as a team within the Elam Family.
  • Integrity is a Must for our agents.
  • Sales experience is not necessary, but helpful.
