Village Caregiving - Fort Wayne is seeking a compassionate and dedicated HHA/CNA or experienced, caregiver to join our team on a Part Time basis. As an HHA/CNA or  caregiver, you will provide invaluable support and assistance to our elderly clients. This individual contributor role requires a caring and patient individual who is committed to providing high-quality care to those in need. Compensation & Benefits:

The caregiver position at Village Caregiving - Fort Wayne offers a competitive hourly rate and flexible scheduling options. In addition, we offer comprehensive benefits such as Accidental, Vision and Dental,  insurance. Incentive bonuses and Daily Pay.

Responsibilities:

- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including but not limited to bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Provide medication reminders 
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding if needed
-   Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, dishes, and tidying up
- Engage clients in meaningful activities and provide companionship
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to supervisor
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols

Requirements:

- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in HHA/CNA or  caregiving
- Use a smart phone for clocking in
- Ability to lift and transfer clients, as needed
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to pass a background check 
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
