We are looking to expand our team of excellence with a Bearings Puller for our 2nd shift.


The Bearings Puller will be responsible for setting up, monitoring, and recording quantities of products that run through our bearings department. Must be detail oriented and quality focused to ensure customer specifications and needs are satisfied.

- Properly select “pulling” apparatus to maintain quality of product and longevity of equipment being used.

- Set up and run parts within tolerance based on router instructions and customer requirements which includes making the proper adjustments.

- Monitor work being performed to assure quality of product being worked on.

- Record the quantity of product being pulled.

- Properly identify and dispose excess resin.

- Store and handle tooling to assure longevity and quality of product.

- Identify status of material in process.

- Report the number of quality accepted pieces and scrap pieces to supervisor.

- Report equipment related problems to management

- Keep work area safe and clean from all safety hazardous, report any safety hazardous to supervisor

- Additional duties as assigned.

The physical demands are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. While performing the duties of this job, associate is regularly required sit, stand, stoop, climb, walk, use hands, and talk and hear for a minimum of eight (8) hours per day.

- Ability to lift and move 25 to 50 pounds periodically during the day

- Frequently required to reach and use hands and arms continuously


Work Hours

Monday – Friday; 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM Easter Standard Time. Hours may vary depending upon workload and production needs for the business.

Requirements:

- Must be knowledgeable in basic math, including percentages, ratios, and proportions

- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents

- Must be able to write legibly

- Ability to red and understand measuring devices (gauges and calipers)

- Excellent communication skills

- Demonstrates team building and problem-solving capabilities.

- Present ideas and information accurately and clearly.

- Strong mathematical skills.
