Practice Manager

Job Description- Manage the daily operations of the practice to ensure best in class service to our patients while also creating a positive workplace culture for our team
- Patient scheduling/registration, medical records, data entry, cash posting, daily bank deposit activity, office maintenance and computer systems to include practice management/billing systems and electronic health records systems.
- Supervise and develop medical office personnel to ensure maximum efficiency in practice operations including staff selection, onboarding/training, scheduling, and other personnel related activity.
- Ensure practice is providing the appropriate level of patient service including the resolution of patient concerns/issues.
- Manage, implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Oversee compliance related activity.
- Provide additional administrative support to the providers through the completion of assigned tasks.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with providers, business partners, vendors, and staff
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Thorough knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, and other relevant medical practice regulations.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Hands on approach to team building and willingness to work hard.
Job Type:
- Part-time: Monday-Friday, 5 hours per day flex schedule (25 hours a week)
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience managing a team in a professional service setting, preferred but not required.
- Managerial or supervisory experience required
