• Service Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient
• Reason For Coverage: Supplemental
• Coverage Period: ASAP - Ongoing
• Coverage Type: Clinical + Call
• Shift Schedule: M-F (8a-5p)
• Call Schedule: 24-hour call
- 2 weeks/month. 1 week at a time & shared with others in the system
• Call Type: Beeper
• Call Response Time: 30 min
• Patient Volume: 10-15
• Procedures: Bone marrow biopsies and Intrathecal chemo
• Support Staff: RNs, MAs, PA/NPs, Office Staff
• Equipment: Intellidose TxM
• EMR: Cerner
• Other Info:
- Provider will need to outreach to another facility 2 days per week.
- Radiation Oncology services available.
• Hospital Privileges required: Yes
• Temporary Privileges available: Yes
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:
• Active WI License or IMLC
• BC/BE
• BLS, ACLS, ATLS
