  • Inventory Management: You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory balances, conducting regular checks, inbounding, ordering supplies, and ensuring proper organization of the warehouse space.

REQUIREMENTS

PREFERRED
  • Furniture product knowledge desired.
  • Warehouse and distribution experience is preferred.
  • Prior experience operating material handling equipment such as forklift, pallet jack, and dollies.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
  • Physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
  • Work requires physical effort and use of motor skills requiring manual dexterity. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, push/pull or balance merchandise up to 100 pounds. With mechanical assistance, employee will occasionally move up to 300 pounds. Regularly operate warehouse equipment that requires manual dexterity and use of lightweight tools requiring some coordinated movements. Activities include using a forklift or pallet jack to move furniture and use lightweight tools to assemble furniture
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Able to move and lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
  • Able to withstand temperatures in a typical warehouse environment.
  • Position may require climbing of ladders.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance, depth perception, and peripheral vision.
