Experienced Mixologist

Are you a skilled mixologist with a passion for creating exceptional cocktails? Are you experienced in crafting unique and innovative drink recipes? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an experienced mixologist.

Responsibilities:
- Craft and serve a wide variety of cocktails, including classic and contemporary recipes, with precision and creativity.
- Develop and maintain an extensive knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, wines, and beers to create unique flavor combinations and recommend pairings.
- Create signature cocktails and seasonal drink menus that showcase the creativity and quality of our establishment.
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and stocked with all necessary ingredients, garnishes, and equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and making personalized drink recommendations.
- Collaborate with the bar team to develop new drink recipes, experiment with ingredients, and refine existing cocktails.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and mixology techniques to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience working as a mixologist in a high-volume bar or restaurant setting.
- Extensive knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, wines, and beers, including their origins, flavor profiles, and production processes.
- Strong creativity and ability to develop unique and innovative drink recipes.
- Excellent understanding of mixology techniques, including muddling, shaking, stirring, and layering.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests and create a memorable experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient bar operations.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with the bar team and other staff members.
