WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?

You start off earning $19.00 - $23.00/hour and work a standard schedule from Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

We also provide our team with fantastic benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, sick leave, vacation, paid holidays, a 401(k), and supplemental insurance.

Interested? All that you need to get started is:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in an office environment
  • Excellent in-person, email, and phone communication skills
  • Computer proficiency and ability to type 30+ WPM
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to attend 1 monthly Saturday meeting at our local corporate headquarters

A high school diploma or equivalent would be preferred. A college degree or dispatching experience would be a bonus. Experience with fieldwork software would also be a plus.

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?

As a Scheduler - Customer Service Rep, you are responsible for assisting our customers and connecting them with our services. Your average day involves tasks like scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and dispatching technicians. Offering technical insights, you provide engineering information to clients and generate accurate proposals. You diligently update customer accounts and establish new file folders, showcasing your organizational prowess. Your role is instrumental in driving our success
