On Capitol Hill in Seattle, Rione XIII takes inspiration from the lively Trastevere district in Rome and celebrates the essence of Roman cuisine. The menu features beloved dishes such as fried artichokes, classic pasta dishes, and wood-fired Roman street pizza. We are looking for the perfect fit for our little bar in our cozy corner of Capitol Hill. The perfect fit has a strong background in classic cocktails, is eager to collaborate on changing cocktail menus, and, above all else embodies true warm and inviting hospitality. We are a small and tight knit team of dedicated professionals, and we look forward to adding the right person to the crew

  • Understand the principles of customer service and the steps of service
  • Possess a keen eye for detail
