You'll thrive in a full-time role with a typical schedule of 8:45 AM to 7:00 PM, four days a week. This schedule allows you to engage deeply with our patients and contribute meaningfully to their success.
ARE YOU A GOOD FIT FOR THIS JOB?
As a Weight Loss Sales Rep, you will start your day by completing all necessary new patient paperwork with meticulous attention to detail before the daily huddle. You'll actively participate in the huddle, providing comprehensive reports on the previous day's new patients and preparing for the day's consultations. You'll offer informative tours to new patients, ensuring they feel welcome and well-acquainted with our facility. Throughout the day, you'll conduct thorough consultations, listen to patients' concerns, and perform essential screening tests. Your skills will contribute to preparing detailed treatment plans and financial presentations. You will also manage patient scheduling, ensure precise documentation in our electronic health records, and support patients in fulfilling their agreements. Your role will be central to enhancing patient experiences, achieving high case acceptance rates, and maintaining exemplary records.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
1+ year(s) of sales experience and a genuine passion for health and wellness
Familiarity with healthcare practices and strong organizational abilities
Experienced in converting leads into appointments, where potential clients can be introduced to what is offered and guided through the sales process
Effective communication skills and keen attention to detail
PREFERRED
A seasoned sales professional with experience in base salary plus commission compensation
At least 2 years of sales experience
Previous experience in weight loss sales, such as Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, Nutrisystem, car sales, furniture sales, or similar experience
