We provide our customers with facility design and construction services which includes; sales and service for irrigation; grain handling; manure handling; and constructing high tech manure separation systems nationwide. Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 per week

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist our customers and Komro team in selling, problem solving, receiving and delivery of required parts and supplies for their agricultural demands
  • Maintain and improve superior customer service and satisfaction offering smart, efficient solutions that result in 100% customer satisfaction
  • Assist parts manager to establish competitive pricing and maintain sufficient profitability
  • Maintain showroom and general organization of inventory and counter and assist with yard inventory organization
  • Ensure inventory is unloaded, stocked appropriately, and readily available when needed by communicating with various departments; service, construction, design, shop, and sales representatives
  • Arrange and complete packing and shipping services for our customers
  • Provide excellent customer service for all customer sales or inquires (over the counter, phone)
  • Follow established parts ordering process and sales transaction process Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Previous retail or parts counter experience & knowledge
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Understanding of general mechanical/technical terms
  • Strong work ethic
  • Skilled in math and computer skills (Outlook, Excel, internet searches, website browsing)
  • Detail oriented, neat & organized (process flow, documentation, warranties, returns)
  • Independent & confident with an eagerness to learn and improve
  • Physical ability to help with general day to day maintenance Bobcat machinery, lift 50+ pounds, bend/crouch, kneel regularly, extensive walking, stand on concrete for extended time, work outside in all weather conditions as needed.
