Our company, a leading provider in call center solutions, is embarking on a project to migrate, modernize, and deploy customer call centers using the Amazon Connect platform. We specialize in delivering top-tier customer service solutions and are looking for a skilled Solution Architect to enhance our capabilities.

Location
  • Must be located in or willing to relocate to Texas, Georgia, Florida, Indiana, or North Carolina (for US).
  • Candidates located outside these states are eligible for contract or C2C opportunities.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience:
    • 4+ years of total IT experience.
    • 2+ years of hands-on DevOps experience.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD stacks both on-premises and in AWS cloud.
    • Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes.
    • Automation using Python.
    • Experience with Terraform, CDK, and CloudFormation.
    • Strong understanding of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, and Ansible.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Design and develop build, release, and deploy toolchains for DevOps.
Key Skills
  • Infrastructure as Code:
    • CDK with TypeScript and Python.
    • Terraform, CloudFormation.
  • AWS Services:
    • EKS, CloudFront, S3, Lambda (JavaScript), DynamoDB.
    • AWS Transfer Family, Step Functions, Lambda, FTP.

    • UI development with React JS.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Haves)
  • Kubernetes and Container Management:
    • Experience managing Kubernetes clusters, Amazon EKS, Helm, Istio.
  • Database Management:
    • Proficiency in managing Elasticsearch clusters, AWS RDS (MySQL, Postgres), DynamoDB, MongoDB.
  • Scripting and Programming:
    • Skills in Python, Bash.
  • Certifications:
    • AWS Solutions Architect Professional certification.
  • Environment Management:
    • Experience setting up, managing, and maintaining parity across development, staging, and production environments.
  • Monitoring Solutions:
    • Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring solutions such as Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, Splunk.
  • Serverless Technologies:
    • Experience developing solutions using AWS serverless technologies.
  • Message Queuing:
    • Familiarity with RabbitMQ, Kafka.
  • Authentication:
    • Understanding of federated authentication, SAML, OAuth, OpenID, and multi-factor authentication.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or relevant years of work experience
