BECOMING ONE OF OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES

As a Customer Service Representative at Fred's Plumbing and Heating, you'll earn a competitive pay of $18-$25 per hour, depending on experience. But that's not all – our benefits are designed to support your well-being and work-life balance. You'll enjoy health insurance, 1 week of paid vacation (2 weeks after 1 year), paid holidays, 2 sick days, 9-hour workdays Monday-Thursday with half days on Fridays, paid training, retirement options, and a fully stocked snack bar.

DELVE DEEPER INTO THIS JOB

Your work schedule will offer a stable routine from 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday. This position is a hybrid work-from-home position. You will work at home for the majority of the week but will be expected to go into the office once a week. You will be provided with a laptop and cellphone.

As our Customer Service Representative, you will handle incoming calls from our valued customers, assisting them with their inquiries, scheduling service appointments, and signing them up for new service agreements. Your organizational skills will shine as you load customer information into our system accurately and efficiently. Each day, you'll work closely with our skilled technicians to ensure timely service delivery, making every customer's experience with us outstanding.

THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone who meets these requirements:

  • 3+ Years of Customer Service experience
  • Experience scheduling appointments
  • Experience with Excel, Word, or scheduling tools
  • 2+ Years of Call Handling Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Internet connection at home
  • Sales experience is a plus
