The ideal candidate for this position has a strong work ethic, valid drivers license, clean driving record, reliable transportation to work and good attendance record. Actual work experience in the lawn care industry is highly desirable. He or she must have:

- Fertilize lawns and Aerate lawns
- Apply other regulated pest control product to lawns, landscape beds, and trees and shrubs
- Prepare and seed lawns
- Maintain the appearance of their assigned equipment and vehicles
- Interact respectfully and positively with customers, the public, and other Lawn Doctor technicians and employees
- Maintain necessary and proper communication with the office throughout the day
- Behave in a professional and courteous manner at all times
- Demonstrate honesty and integrity at all times
- Shop Work
- Offer New Services to Customers
- No mowing
- Requirements:
- Willing to receive pesticide applicator license
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to operate machinery
- Ability to meet production goals
- Be able to lift in excess of 50 pounds
