With numerous industry awards, associations, and satisfied clients, Affluent Exteriors is the trusted exteriors contractor for Roofing, Solar, Siding, Stone, Stucco, Gutters, Paint, Patio, Deck, Fence, Concrete, Lighting and Window projects.


We service Residential, Property Management Companies (VIVE & VendorSmart approved), HOA's, Multifamily, and Commercial clients from inspections to repairs, replacements, insurance claims, new construction, and maintenance.


Every client is provided an online client portal to view their project details including photos, documents, comments, estimates, payments, and financing. We provide our customers a fully digital experience and are considered the "Amazon of Exterior Construction" in the industry.


As the need for our services continues to growth, so does our desire o grow our sales team with competent professionals who will do what it takes to provide an exceptional experience for our clients, the Affluent Way


We’re looking for experienced Service Sales professionals who are self-motivated, work independently, set goals, and manage a busy schedule. Our sales team members make $50,000 to $200,000+ a year and there is no cap on your earning potential.


We have in inhouse estimator, production managers, and crews that can support any exterior project type and have a constant inflow of leads.


What you need to be is someone who is presentable, professional, and wants to work for a company that is changing the industry. We are committed to our long-term success and have many key industry associations from being a member of the Roofing & Solar Reform Alliance to being a qualified Pella Preferred Contractor.


Qualifications:

  • Must live in the Dallas - Fort Worth area
  • Must be able to work full-time
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be able to run appointments with qualified leads 
  • Must have a phone capable of taking pictures and videos while using the company application for job files, a computer is also required
  • Must be comfortable meeting face to face with prospects and customers
  • Must be willing to self-generate leads as well as run leads provided by the company
  • Must be self-motivated, disciplined, possess good time management skills
    • we promote a remote work environment with weekly company Google Meet meetings
    • you are responsible for creating and managing your own work schedule
  • Previous customer facing sales experience in Roofing, Windows, or other Exteriors Construction is a major plus
  • Military experience and bilingual are a plus but not required.
  • Familiarity with industry software applications AccuLynx, Interactive Hail Maps, and Google Gmail/Calendar is very beneficial

  • Our Sales Process is fully documented both on our Wiki and in the software we use with Task Reminders, Checklist Items, Documents for e-signature, and e-Invoicing so you don't have to remember what you did last and what you're supposed to do next
