Position Overview: We are seeking a welcoming and organized Host/Hostess to join our team in New York City. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage front-of-house operations smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Provide information about our services, projects, and events.
- Ensure the reception area, meeting rooms, and common areas are clean, organized, and presentable.
- Coordinate with other departments to meet client needs promptly.

Qualifications:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
