Requirements:Summary
The Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner functions as an important member of the healthcare team by providing care, comfort, and safety to our patients. Minnesota Women’s Care is a private patient focused practice providing personalized, state-of-the-art medical care to women of all ages. We are currently looking for an experienced nurse practitioner to join this exciting, fast-paced practice. If you share our commitment to innovative and personalized care, we’d love to talk with you.
Essential Functions and Qualifications
* Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience working as a WHNP in a clinical setting preferred.
* Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
* Current Minnesota RN and women’s health nurse practitioner licensures and CPR certification.
* Ability to understand and adhere to established policies, procedures, and protocols.
* Able to work collaboratively with multiple health professionals in a busy and complex environment using tact, diplomacy, and discipline.
* Strong charting/documentation skills.
* Commitment to excellence and high standards
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds.
* Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
