Assistant Bookkeeper

Account Maintenance and Reconciliation
- Record and reconcile bank deposits and payments daily for all bank accounts.
- Record and reconcile activity for multiple credit cards daily.
- Enter bills, attach the invoices, and pay before the due date.
- Record and reconcile activity for PayPal accounts daily.
- Record and reconcile cash drawer transactions for all retail stores daily. Record and report any discrepancies.
Inventory Tracking
- Ensure that all entries allocated to an inventory account have a valid entry in an inventory control system.
- Record all COG inventory adjustments in end of month entries.
Communication
- Communicate potential financial strains as forecasted in cash flow before they can become a problem.
Multi-Tasking & Trailblazing
- Be capable of accomplishing all of the above duties for multiple companies.
- Be capable of taking on bookkeeping/accounting duties for new companies as they arise.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:One Year of bookkeeping experience is required
-Familiarity with google docs, excel, and Quickbooks.
-Attention to detail.
