If you are passionate about skincare and beauty, an esthetician job may be the perfect fit for you. As an esthetician, you will be responsible for providing a range of beauty treatments to clients including facials.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be working closely with clients to determine their skincare needs and provide personalized recommendations. You should also have a strong eye for detail, as you will be working with delicate facial skin and must be able to perform treatments with precision and care.

Certification in esthetics is required for this role, and relevant experience in a spa or salon is highly valued. Some of you will be doing:


Properly document all patient care.

Proficient in waxing, facials, extractions, dermaplaning etc.

Develop skin care plans for new clients.

Build and maintain relationships with existing patients.

Clean, maintain and organize rooms.

Practice within the Washington state guidelines for esthetics.

• Providing excellent service to members and guests by performing top level services
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on clients skin care goals.
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars.
• Responsible for achieving all sales goals as outlined by spa management.
• Create excellent experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude.
• Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships.
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.

Qualifications and Skills


o Must have Current Washington State Esthetician license.

o Three or more years in practice.

o Willingness to learn and implement new techniques and treatment protocols.

o Confident and positive disposition. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Esthetician: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Esthetician License (Required)
