Job DescriptionJob Description

Position Mission: The Plastic Operator will operate the injection machine, inspect products to meet the target output and quality of products, and effectively communicate abnormal product conditions to supervisor for solving problems.

Position Main Responsibilities:

  • Check equipment at start of shift and maintain 7-S condition during production shift.
  • Basic machine operation and cleaning.
  • Defect discovery, separation, and reporting.
  • Accurate part count tracking and labeling of boxes.
  • Effectively communicate abnormal conditions to supervisor.
  • Other duties as assigned

Education required:

High School Diploma Required.

Experience Required:

  • Knowledge of products and business processes.
  • Understand and communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
  • Work as a member of a team and under the direction of a supervisor.
  • Strong attention to detail is a must.
  • May be required to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Available to work flexible schedule/shift

Schedule:

  • 3:50pm-12:00am (2nd Shift)
  • 11:50pm-8:00am (3rd Shift)
