Job Function Summary:

The VA Specialist is responsible for achieving territory sales objectives through selling activities which include cultivating business partnerships with key decision makers, product in-services, driving market share and sales growth.You will also be expected to highlight products at AUA meetings, trade shows, SGSU, PVA and VA Education Days, etc. The VA Specialist will targetkeycustomers by selling and servicing bladder and bowel management products. Call points will be Rehab, PT/OT, Urology, and Supply (Pharmacy and Prosthetics).

In this role, you will support the Territory Managers and Regional Sales Directors in the Northeast. The geography covers from NC to ME so weekly overnight travel is expected. In additionto Philadelphia, candidates may reside in other major markets within the territory including, Boston, New York, Washington DC, and Richmond.


Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree required
  • Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience in the medical field strongly preferred
  • Successful sales experience within the VA Health System
  • Willingness and ability to travel, including overnight 50% to 70% travel
  • Clinical training and/or background is preferred


Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: $100k
  • Commission: $66k at 100% to plan
  • OTE: $170k+ as overachievement is expected
