Job Description

Your Daily Responsibilities are provided below.

  • Handle a caseload, attend court, negotiate settlements, oversee trial preparation, conduct trials, and attend meditations and arbitrations
  • Advise clients of claim liability and legal rights and interpret laws, rulings, and regulations
  • Conduct depositions and respond to discovery demands
  • Ability to conduct discovery and draft motions
  • Gather evidence to initiate and support legal actions, by such means as interviewing clients and witnesses to ascertain the facts of the case
  • Evaluate findings and develop strategies and arguments in preparation for the presentation of cases

Qualifications

What We are looking for from the potential hire:

  • Must have a minimum of one year of documented experience in pre-suit personal injury cases and must be licensed to practice law in the state of Florida
  • Candidates must hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited university
  • Prior experience on the Plaintiff's side with Personal Injury Protection.

Good to Have: Bilingual (English/Spanish)
