As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating production machinery and ensuring the efficient and safe operation of equipment. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong technical skills who can effectively monitor machinery, adjust settings as needed, and ensure that materials and products meet quality standards.


Responsibilities:


  • Operate production machinery in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
  • Set up equipment and machinery to required settings for each production run.
  • Monitor the operation of machinery or equipment to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.
  • Perform routine checks and inspections on machinery to identify any issues or abnormalities.
  • Adjust machine settings as necessary to maintain product quality and consistency.
  • Inspect materials or products produced by the machinery to determine whether they meet quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions or technical issues and perform basic maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
  • Maintain accurate production records and documentation as required.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing/production environment is preferred.
  • Strong technical skills and mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to detect deviations from quality standards.
  • Basic understanding of machinery and equipment operation.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects if required.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.

Working Hours: 7:00am-3:30pm
