If you are looking for an opportunity to contribute your skills and knowledge our client is looking for a Procurement / Supply Chain Warehouse Team Member.

  • Responsible for the incoming and outgoing of materials to meet customer expectations - receiving, shipping, and inventory/material control
  • Perform physical movement of materials from one area to another using handcarts or forklifts
  • Performs a wide variety of planning, scheduling, coordinating and reporting tasks in support of the manufacturing workflow
  • Coordinate and monitor workflow, assisting in scheduling and prioritizing activities in assigned distribution area
  • Coordinate w/ off-site warehousing facilities for parts replenishment and material for storage
  • Work w/ appropriate purchasing/logistics/production personnel to resolve part shortages
  • Reconcile and root cause inventory discrepancies
  • Perform manual and/or clerical duties that may utilize various systems / WMS involved in receipt or preparation of materials for shipment
  • Maintain compliance w/ relevant local, country and international guidelines.
  • Responsible for fulfilment administration and processes as needed
  • Support other duties and/or special projects as assigned

Salary: $DOE/ hr (contract)

Schedule: Mon - Fri, 6am - 2:30pm

Location: "on-site" at client's location in Westborough, MA

Qualifications

  • High school Diploma or equivalent Required
  • Min 2 years' of working experience in supply chain
  • Previous experience and comfortable using handcarts and forklifts
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • Ability to lift between 15 and 50 pounds
  • Proficient in basic mathematics
  • Knowledge and experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc)
  • Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer
  • The position is subject to passing a background check and drug screen
