Are you a motivated and ambitious individual seeking to dive into the world of event marketing? The MGN Foundation is offering an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time Event Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship promises hands-on experience, collaborating with seasoned professionals on a variety of stimulating projects. As an Event Marketing Intern, youll be integral to the planning, execution, and promotion of events, contributing significantly to their success and impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement comprehensive event marketing strategies aligned with client objectives and target audience demographics.
  • Assist in crafting compelling marketing materials to effectively promote events and engage attendees.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor strategies, and innovative opportunities in event marketing.
  • Support pre-event and post-event marketing activities, including attendee registration, communications, and follow-up.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, scheduling meetings, and maintaining event databases and contact lists.
  • Actively participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project collaborations, contributing ideas and insights to enhance event marketing strategies.


Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelors degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and creativity.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively, with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Previous experience in event marketing, promotions, or related fields preferred but not mandatory.
