Play a crucial role in preparing our apartments for new residents Working closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and other team members, you will ensure vacant apartments are restored to market-ready status on schedule. If you have a keen eye for detail, enjoy hands-on work, and take pride in creating a welcoming environment, apply now to become an essential part of our team

Duties & Responsibilities include

  • Inspect vacant apartments and prepare checklists for the make-ready process.
  • Inform supervisor of needed services and repairs.
  • Repair or replace windows, latches, screens, hinges, doors, shelves, baseboards, etc.
  • Check appliances and inform the supervisor of their status.
  • Assist team with moving appliances.
  • Make keys and change locks.
  • Change A/C filters; repair or replace ceiling fans, etc.
  • Check faucets and sink plugs; repair/replace as necessary.
  • Perform surface repairs to sinks and tubs.
  • Inspect bathroom tiles and perform minor repairs or replacements.
  • Repair holes in walls; assist with painting duties when requested; transfer paint and supplies.
  • Check all lights and replace as needed.
  • Report supply needs to supervisor.
  • Perform any additional duties assigned.

Qualifications

Experience in apartment maintenance or related fields.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Efficiency and attention to detail.

Valid driver’s license required.
