Job Description: As a Customer Care Agent at Global Partners, you will be responsible for providing top-tier service to our customers, addressing their concerns, and ensuring a seamless experience. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Assist customers with product or service-related questions, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating more complex problems to the appropriate department.

Problem Resolution:

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues, providing solutions that meet their needs.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.

Relationship Building:

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Provide personalized service by understanding and anticipating customer needs.
  • Encourage feedback from customers and relay it to the management team to improve service quality.

Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain organized and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system.
  • Prepare reports on customer service activities, including call metrics and customer satisfaction levels.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as required to support the customer service team.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service are a plus.
