Do you know your fall schedule and want to get a head start? Are you interested in working in childcare? Jovie is looking for experienced caregivers to help provide care to our local families. Currently seeking caregivers for weekly placements and occasional “On-Call” assignments throughout San Diego County. We have full-time and part-time opportunities available to be a part of a very fulfilling position on our team.

As a Nanny You Will:

• Engage children based on the children’s interests and age-appropriate development.
• Perform no household duties other than common-sense clean-up of your activities or meals with the child.
• Support families who need care for children ranging from infant through school age (high demand for care for children under the age of 5).

We’ll Provide the Following:

• Paid training and a Nanny Kit filled with age-appropriate activities and games that you will bring to childcare assignments.
• Opportunities to advance in the childcare field, with the first chance to be placed with families seeking one consistent nanny, both full or part-time.
• Paid Sick Time for both Part-Time and Full-Time schedules. Bonuses for excellent feedback, and various contests.
• Legal employment on a W-2 including Unemployment Insurance and the ability to build your resume.
• Competitive wage: $18- $20/hour depending on experience and availability.

Experience and Education Requirements Include:

• At least 18 years of age and High School Diploma or GED.
• Infant experience to qualify for the highest hourly wages.
• Experience working with children, paid or unpaid, with at least 2 references speaking to childcare work.
• CPR Certified or willing to become so.
• Reliable transportation and cell phone.
• Willingness and ability to travel to various homes throughout the area.
• Commitment to be communicative and responsive to the staffing supervisor and a bright smile to greet each family
