Job DescriptionJob DescriptionGroundskeeper Duties are worked outdoors. These job duties depends on the season. In spring and summer groundskeepers are busy with lawn mowing, camp ground maintenance, setting up tents and stages for summer events and concerts, stocking up firewood for winter activities. In winter groundskeepers stay busy shoveling snow, pulling snow off of the roofs, snow removal of roads and trails and spreading gravel on the ice. Must be prepared in all types of weather conditions. Must be able to lift heavy objects. Must be able to follow directions from the supervisor and manager. Must be able to operate ATV, Snowmobile and small equipment.
